Graduated from the Free University of Brussels in Business Engineering, Henk Becquaert has been a member of the Belgian Federal Planning Bureau and has worked on the staff of several ministers. In 2005 he joined the CBFA, which was reorganized and renamed the FSMA as from 1 April 2011.

From 2 May 2014 to 25 May 2021 he was responsible for the operational supervision of financial products and pensions, for IT services and for Facilities & Infrastructure.

From 26 May 2021 to 6 March 2022 he was in charge of the operational supervision of insurance, intermediaries and pensions.

Since 7 March 2022 he is responsible for the operational supervision of pensions and insurance, for data analytics expertise and also for IT services, facilities and infrastructure.

Jean Hindriks est membre senior et fondateur d'Itinera. Il est président de l'École d'économie de l’UCLouvain et a été membre du Comité des retraites 2020-2040, transformé par la suite en Conseil académique pour la politique des retraites. Ses recherches portent sur les retraites, la bonne gouvernance et l'éducation. Il apporte régulièrement des contributions sur ces sujets dans la presse francophone. Jean a été co-directeur du Centre de recherche opérationnelle et d'économie (CORE) et directeur du programme de licence en économie et gestion à l'UCLouvain. En tant que co-éditeur de nombreuses revues académiques et membre du panel d'experts fiscaux du Fonds monétaire international, il est l'auteur de plusieurs publications sur les finances publiques et l'économie politique. Jean Hindriks est l'auteur de plusieurs livres, dont L’école du renouveau (2018) et L’école de la réussite (2017) dans lesquels il décrit le paysage éducatif d'un point de vue économique et offre un aperçu des réformes importantes.

Pierre DEVOLDER is professor of mathematical finance and actuarial science at the
Catholic University of Louvain (UCL).
He has a PhD in mathematics from the University of Brussels and is actuary, member
of the Belgian Institute of actuaries (IABE).
His main research activities are focused on stochastic finance, life insurance and
pension theory.
He has published 8 books and more than 70 scientific papers in various actuarial and
finance journals.
He gives regular courses at the universities of Strasbourg, Lyon and Rabat.
He is also partner of the actuarial consulting company REACFIN.
He has been member of governmental commissions of reform of pension in Belgium.

Huidige functie:

Sinds oktober 2018: Directeur-generaal van het Verbond van Belgische Ondernemingen (VBO-FEB).

Van 2005 tot en met september 2018: Eerste Adviseur bij het Competentiecentrum Werk en Sociale Zekerheid van het Verbond van Belgische Ondernemingen (VBO-FEB), met een ruime expertise in meerdere domeinen van het arbeids-en sociale zekerheidsrecht, zowel Belgisch als Europees, zoals het eenheidsstatuut arbeiders en bedienden, work-life balance, diversiteit en niet-discriminatie, Europees sociaal beleid, sociale zekerheid en migratie, maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen, sociale fraude en privacy.

Lid van de Nationale Arbeidsraad en Ondervoorzitster van het dagelijks bestuur.

Gewezen lid van het Beheerscomité RVA.
