All bank charges, transaction fees, and any currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the registrant.
Cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellation more than three weeks before the event 100%
Cancellation 1-3 weeks before event 50%
Cancellation within one week before event 0%
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed exclusively to the bank account or payment method used for the original transaction. Refunds are issued in EUR, and any currency conversion differences or banking fees charged by the participant’s bank or payment provider are the responsibility of the participant. If the conference cannot take place due to force majeure (such as a pandemic, war, terrorism, strike, natural disaster, etc.), only the registration fee will be refunded. The organizer cannot be held liable for any additional costs incurred by participants, including travel or accommodation expenses.

If you wish to take part in the welcome reception on Monday and/or the formal dinner on Thursday, please don’t forget to reserve your seat by ticking the box so we can plan accordingly.
To ensure fair and responsible planning, a no-show fee may apply for social events when a reserved place is not used.
