Nikolaï Boeckx is a senior adviser in the NBB’s Department for the Surveillance of FMIs, payment services and Cyber risks. He is the coordinating the international cooperative oversight of Swift and represents the NBB in various international working groups focusing on cyber and operational resilience.

Dorien De Beuckeleer has been working for 12 years in the prudential supervision team within the Surveillance of financial market infrastructures, payment services and cyber risks department at the National Bank of Belgium (NBB). She focuses on the supervision of financial risks at custody banks and previously at the supervision of CSDs (with a banking license). The custody bank supervised by this supervisory team is considered as significant credit institution and under the direct supervision of the ECB. She is part of an European supervisory team which allow her to have insights in the ECB supervisory methodologies and the ECB/SSM approach with regards to climate risk supervision. At the NBB level, she is also involved in the implementation of the monitoring of climate risks at the institutions supervised/overseen by this NBB Department. She has a master’s degree in Applied Economics and a master in Financial Economics.
